Houston, Texas really has some great spots for Banh Mi which is a Vietnamese sandwich. I have started to visit more spots that offer Banh Mi more frequently to find the Best Banh Mi in Houston, TX. After visiting Resilience Viet Kitchen and Bar one day at lunch I noticed just how much their Grilled Pork Banh Mi Sandwich stood out over most of the Banh Mi that I had eating in a while. A slightly crunchy baguette but soft the bite paired with thin slices of juicy pork and fresh toppings made it perfect for my taste.

Even the way it is presented is great with the cherry tomato on top.

I visited BIG BOSS Banh Mi and found my favorite Banh Mi Vietnamese sandwich to date. So far I have had the grilled pork Banh Mi as well as the BBQ Chicken Banh Mi and they are both on the next level.
