I recently visited Los Tios Mexican Restaurant in Houston, TX and had the shrimp enchiladas and they were just as good as I remember them being from 20 years ago. Right now I have to say they are my favorite shrimp enchiladas as of now.

This past weekend I visited Lopez Mexican Restaurant in Houston, TX and had the shredded chicken enchiladas. I really liked them as the chicken was perfectly seasoned and the cheese was above and beyond tasty.

My son ended up getting the cheese enchiladas and the chili style gravy was delicious for sure. It had a tiny hint of pepper kick on the back end which was nice.
